Oil is a precious resource essential to maintain today's modernized society. What is more, no other resource is as versatile as oil. However, the use of oil, which contributes to the emission of an enormous amount of Greenhouse gas, is said to be causing substantial changes to our global environment. It is the biggest challenge for us humans to curb the consumption of oil resources, which are expected to be eventually depleted down the road, and delay the peak of oil production. In order to make these things happen, clean and abundant renewable energy, such as wind power and solar energy, play a critical role for our future.
